Champagne Pitbulls are basically a real light Fawn Pitbull. It is a red/blue mix dilute. 

A Champagne Pitbull is a dog with a fawn coat that have a red nose. The color is produced by the recessive chromosome gene. When a dog is given two copies of this gene, it lightens out the dog's color.
