Puppy Contract, Agreement & Certified Bill of Sale

Please read our contract carefully before deciding if one of our dogs is right for you. We take breeding and bringing new life into the 

world very seriously and you might not agree with some of the things stated in our contract. Signing this contract is a serious matter and 

is requires to be signed by the new owner of our dogs. This contract is binding and legal.

This is to certify the Bill of Sale of an American PitBull Terrier/American Bully from PitBull Empire.

Conditions of Sale:

 

1. Absolutely, none of our dogs shall be used for anything illegal, including fighting or similar activities. If found to be true Pit Bull  Empire reserves the right to regain possession of the pup. It is not tolerated and 

    we will pursue legal action to protect our pups.
2. Seller guarantees the pup to be delivered in good health, current on age appropriate vaccinations and free of distemper, Parvo, Parainfluenza, and any life threatening genetic defects.
3. Puppies will be dewormed starting at the age of 2 weeks and continue till at time of shipping or pick up, and a normal deworming should follow as recommended by your 

    vet.  1st shot will be given .  Follow up shots and deworming are the responsibility of the buyer. Any pup that develops an illness related to lack of shots or deworming 

    will NOT be replaced. It is the responsibility of the new owner to keep up with all vaccinations.
4. Purchaser agrees to follow up with a Veterinary Clinic within 3 days of receiving the pup. At that time, if it is determined the pup has any of the above or if the pup is found to have a genetic defect, 

     Pit Bull Empire will replace the pup. We do reserve the right to ask for a second opinion on any findings by the said Vet
5.  A deposit is required to hold any puppy under the age of 6 weeks. Deposits are $500.00  depending on the breeding.  Puppies are required to be paid for in full by 6 weeks of age. If at 6 weeks of age 

     the pup has not been paid for in full, you will forfeit your deposit., unless negotiated at the time of purchase. If you change your mind on a pup, (let us know before 5 weeks of age,) your deposit 

    may be transferred to any available pup at that time, or future pup,  however it will not be refunded.  The  only time deposits are REFUNDABLE  is if the breeding does not take, or the desired pick/ sex 

      is not produced, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE COLOR , color can change as late as 12 weeks or later and you make your pick at 7 weeks. Otherwise, they are NON-REFUNDABLE.
6.  If you are purchasing a blue coated pup, you should understand that blue coated dogs are more prone to skin and coat problems. This is simply the result of the blue coat coloring. We do NOT 

     guarantee against skin or coat problems. We will not be held responsible for skin or coat problems that are common among dogs with blue coloring.
7. If at any time the purchaser can no longer provide for the pup, we will gladly accept the pup back. We do not want to see any of our dogs end up in shelters! By signing our agreement, you 

    understand that if at any time you can not longer care for your dog, you will contact Pit Bull Empire.
8. We do not guarantee against Hip or Elbow Dysplasia as these larger dogs are generally over 100 pounds and it is a trait that is affected by environmental factors, (ex. feeding) ...although we do not

    breed dogs with Hip Dysplasia, the trait can pop up from a previous generation, and although not common, there is no way for us to guarantee perfect hips in these animals.... This is a risk buyer 

    assumes and accepts as purchasing a large sized dogs.
9. Pit Bull Empire reserves the right to include our kennel name on the puppy registration paperwork. All puppies purchased from Pit Bull Empire must keep their original paperwork and papers and 

    names cannot be illegally altered.
10. Payments may be made with postal money orders, bank to bank wire, certified bank check, money gram, or western union .  We also accept PayPal , they charge s fee that must be paid by Buyer.
11. By signing this agreement, you understand what you have read, and understand that we do enforce this agreement . You also understand that  Deposits are NON-  REFUNDABLE        and may only be transferred to another litter or puppy.
